Product Description
JPK2WF 15KVDC 50A High Voltage Vacuum Relay For High Frequency Antenna Coupling Device
Product Description

JPK-2-WF High Voltage Relay DC15KV Carry 50A Current Vacuum Relay Switch Coil Voltage 24 VDC 12VDC

The ceramic vacuum relay is a ceramic vacuum seal that isolates the contact point seal of the relay from the outside air to obtain a high withstand voltage for high-voltage circuits. The vacuum seal makes the relay less prone to arcing. Under ideal conditions, the vacuum is likely to reach a dielectric strength of 10000V per 0.1 mm. Additionally, since there is no air, the contacts in the vacuum are not oxidized, resulting in small and stable contact resistance.

Applications

Particularly suitable for use in RF applications. A typical ceramic vacuum relay consists of four basic parts:

  • Sealed arc extinguishing chamber with contact points for high pressure resistance
  • Armature mechanism that moves the movable contact
  • Powered coil section
  • Additional parts for easy installation and connection

High voltage vacuum relays play a vital role in applications requiring high energy and low RF losses, including:

  • Vapor deposition during semiconductor wafer processing
  • Radio antenna adjustment matching loop
  • T/R (transmit/receive) conversion
  • Pulse forming network
  • Ion input
  • TWT (traveling tube) power supply
  • MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) power supply
  • Radar systems
  • Security inspection systems
